How it works
How we clean your sofa
1. Photo & fixed price
Send us a photo on WhatsApp. Within a few hours you get a fixed price and an appointment.
2. Vacuum & test
We vacuum loose dirt and hair, check the care label and test the fabric on a hidden spot.
3. Pre-treat stains
Stains and dirty areas such as armrests and headrests get a suitable product that is left to work.
4. Spray extraction
Warm water with cleaning solution is sprayed deep into the fabric and immediately vacuumed back up, taking the dirt with it.
5. Groom & dry
We vacuum the fabric extra dry, brush the fibres straight and give you drying advice. We can add a fabric protector.

A sofa used every day absorbs sweat, skin flakes, dust, food and pet hair. Vacuuming only removes the surface. With spray extraction we also clean what sits deep in the padding and fibres.

FAQ
Questions about sofa and mattress cleaning
How long does sofa cleaning take?
A 3-seater takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. A corner sofa or a heavily soiled sofa can take longer. We’ll tell you roughly how long when we give you the price.
How long does my sofa take to dry?
Usually 6 to 12 hours, depending on the fabric, cushion thickness and humidity. Opening a window, turning the heating on or placing a fan near the sofa speeds it up. We prefer to give a mattress a full day to dry, so book a morning slot.
Will all stains come out?
Most will. Old stains that have been in the fabric for a long time, bleach marks, ink or sun fading don’t always disappear completely. We’ll tell you honestly before we start.
Can you clean a leather sofa?
Our spray extraction is made for fabric furniture. For leather, suede and delicate fabrics such as silk or viscose, we first look at a photo and the care label so we know what is safe.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use products made for use in the home and rinse the fabric with clean water, so as little product as possible stays behind. Keep pets and children off the furniture until it’s dry.
What do I need to prepare?
Clear the space around the furniture and take things off the sofa. We need a power socket and a tap with warm water, and bring everything else. Let us know if there is parking nearby.
What is fabric protection and do I need it?
After cleaning we apply an invisible layer that repels stains and moisture, so spilled coffee or wine soaks in less quickly. Useful with children, pets or a light-coloured sofa.
How often should I have my sofa cleaned?
Once a year is enough for most households. With pets, young children or allergies we recommend twice a year. Mattresses every 1 to 2 years.
