– Type of cleaning service requested and any additional notes

When we carry out our cleaning services:
– Client’s name, address, and contact details
– Invoicing and payment details
– Access information to the premises (e.g. key arrangements)
Automatically collected through our website:
– IP address (anonymised where possible)

– Pages visited and time spent
– Referring URL
3. Why we process your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Performance of a contract — to handle your quote request, deliver our cleaning services, and invoice you (legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
2. Compliance with legal obligations — including retaining records for the Dutch Tax Authority (legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
3. Communication — to answer your questions by email, phone, or WhatsApp (legal basis: legitimate interest or performance of contract).
4. Improvement of our services and website — based on your consent to analytical cookies (legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

We have a data processing agreement (DPA) in place with all our processors. We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our service providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we rely on the Standard
Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
